This year Daniel, Claire and the kids are planning to do a number of sporting events in order to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of Daniel’s Dad.
Daniel is taking on a big challenge. He intends to complete his first ever triathlon, the Derby Triathlon, on the 16th of September. A race which his Dad has competed in before. It will be a very emotional day for all concerned. However, first he needs to learn to swim!
Claire is doing two big races this year, the Edinburgh Marathon on the 27th of May, and the Vitruvian Triathlon (Half-Ironman) on the 8th of September. She will also be competing in several shorter races, most importantly, the Derby Triathlon with Daniel.
April and Ryan both hope to play their part too, more about that as they decide what they’d like to do.
